WHAT DO I NEED TO START THERAPY?

  1. A referral from your physician or primary care provider

  2. Medical insurance card as  physical therapy is covered by medical insurance

  3. Please contact our physical therapy department at 1 (484) 393-2243 for more information or fill out the patient referral form to schedule your initial evaluation.

Self-payment options are available for individuals subscribing to insurance plans that we do not participate with, or for those who are uninsured. The initial evaluation is $150.00 and subsequent 60-minute physical therapy sessions are $125.00. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
